You will be responsible for translating clinical market requirements into detailed product specifications for new and existing applications that are used to manage the periop and ICU environments. Working directly with product management, engineering and customers, you will design workflows which will lead to UI flows and define the concepts and logical architecture, as well as any constraints.

You will represent the clinical users of our products: the nurses, physicians, and other clinicians who provide care in these high acuity areas.

Essential duties:

Own the periop and critical care clinical user personas.

Prepare software requirement specifications for clinical features in the periop/critical care products, including user stories, use cases, workflows, UI flows, concepts, and logical architecture.

Be the guardian of patient safety for these products, conducting risk analyses of new features and analyzing complaints.
Own the clinical features of the software: you will be the Picis feature expert, responsible for knowing how they work.
Review the planning of Software Quality test cases, documentation, curriculum, and localization for the clinical features.
Be the clinical lead on the triaging of defects and planning of service packs.
