Key Responsibilities: 
* Analyze business processes to formulate written and spoken process improvement communications. 
* Work with hospitals, physicians and physician offices to understand their communication requirements and apply our technology in ways that deliver the best possible outcome for them. 
* Work with physicians to understand their workflow rules and contact preferences. 
* Configure communication applications to best meet the needs of the physicians. 
* Train nurses, unit secretaries, physicians, and practice managers on how to best use our product.
* Support the hospital, physicians and practices upon activation of service.

Essential Qualifications: 

* Bachelor*s degree required, preferably in Business or related discipline 
* 4 to 6+ years work experience in a customer facing, consulting, account manager, project manager, business analyst and/or other service role 
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
* Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint 
* Ability to work closely with peers and team members in a collaborative manner 
* Able to travel

Beneficial Qualifications: 
* Clinical experience in a hospital, e.g. nurse, quality coordinator, etc. 
* MBA

Working individually or in conjunction with business systems analysts, this position will be responsible for collaborating with internal customers to create custom report and data integration solutions that directly impact patient care, clinical quality and/or financial decisions.  Report development responsibilities include the ability to analyze complex relational and hierarchical database systems, develop and document accurate specifications, design, code, test, release and maintain custom reports primarily for presentation through SQL Reporting Services.  Data integration responsibilities include the design, development and maintenance of data transformation packages using SQL Server Integration Services and application integration using the Orion Health Rhapsody interface engine.
 
Experience requirements: 
5+ years experience in report development coding SQL for Microsoft SQL Server in a highly-regulated, mission-critical environment is required.  Expertise developing reports from hospital healthcare databases for clinical, quality and financial end-users, especially Meditech 5.6.x and Meditech Data Repository is preferred. Expertise with Meditech NPR is a bonus. 
3+ years experience with data integration using SSIS is required.  
2+ years building HL7 interfaces using an integration engine is desired. Expertise with Orion Health Rhapsody is preferred.

Educational requirements: 
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.  

Other requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communications skills with end-users and cross-functional teams is a must.
